This is for creative professionals: actors, writers, directors, producers, educators, content creators and those of us that work below the line who are ready to reduce stress + create new possibilities for themselves.  Come and explore a practice that allows you to discover or reconnect to your souls desire.

In addition to the live sessions, participants will also have access to further discussions, readings, resources, and homework assignments in between these live sessions.

 

Participants should plan to attend all sessions. This course requires your presence and participation.
