WHAT IS IN A SESSION?
The session may include guided meditation, mindful movements, breathe awareness, aromatherapy and transformational coaching.
In our sessions, we will restore energies that have become weak, disturbed, or out of balance. Research shows that reiki, breathe work and meditation primarily helps in the reduction of stress, anxiety and depression, as well as relief of chronic pain. With consistent practice, you will experience a state of well-being, peace, and harmony. Blocks will be released, mental clarity and focus will sharpen, immune systems will strengthen as your discover your brilliance and resilience.
Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes.
